How could Turbo Tax miss something as simple!

We use this every year. This year our taxes were pretty simply, yet Turbotax missed the face that we had not entered the d1095-A Health Insurance Market Place Statement. It allowed us to file, then our tax return was rejected!

PDFs wouldn't print correctly

PDFs wouldn't print correctly had to pay extra $25 to e-file after burning through a ream of paper and ink.

Non-resident income tax

Not too good working with no income tax state. I live in FL and have non-resident incomes from MD and NJ. Somehow TurboTax link my other incomes to one of my non-resident states. And I don't need to file income tax in FL. TurboTax has no ideas on how to deal with this situation. And I don't plan to buy FL state income tax. I plan to use pdf files to file the non-resident states income tax in the future. Paper beat all smart SW.

Too many repetitive prompts for same thing (E.G. AUDIT ADVICE)...

no as good as it used to be

I continue to use T/Tax because my data in on it for over a decade, but the quality of is really getting bad. Last year a had to do an amended return and hadn't heard back...hired a tax expert to go over my return also. This year ran into problems with form 4562... it drove me crazy .
