Love using turbo tax program

I have been using turbo tax for years. I started using it in 2015 for my business. If i had any question, there experts on hand if i needed them. Now I'm retired i still use it. very easy to use at any age.

Turbotax is great for doing your taxes on your own time schedule. The program gives you everything you need with step-by-step questions and instructions

Out of all the years I've been using Turbo Tax, this is the first time that I've need additional support. The tax assistant was fantastic and resolved the problem quickly.

Not a good product. I do not like using it. The fact that Intuit lobbied the govt so we have to use it is scummy. The product should scan PDFs or pictures.

Needs a working connection to last years return

I could never get TurboTax to find and open previous year's returns. As a result, the history tables don't have any history. Form 2210 had a blank line where last years AGI should have been.

Toughest Year Yet

This year was difficult, likely due to my living situation. I have been on the move and my life issues nearing closing time so my employment is whatever I pick up along the trail. That said, depending on the kindness of strangers is an important asset. Today one of your experts became an angel among strangers by resolving difficulties i had with Turbo Tax. She got me through the densest jungle I have seen since my tour in SE Asia during the 1970's. You, Turbo Tax, have a good team. I have used it since the early 2000's with great service and success. This year was a bear though due to being on an Apple product and a seemingly self minded operating system, running Turbo Tax. I had lock ups, lost documents frozen screens and a variety of shutdowns. Maybe it was my brand new Apple MaC. Thanks again, bu especially thanks to the expert who supported my last try at finishing.

Got back into my account by remembering to do it in the off tax season. You send account holders into a continuous mobius loop of some sort during tax season if there is an account problem.
