Keeps getting buggier, year after year

It does the job, as long as you have the patience to work around all the bugs. It might be better than the competition, but as a long-time user, it is disappointing to see it get worse year after year. Why does it ask me for numbers (e.g. prior year-ending IRA value) that I have to go find, only to discover it doesn't actually need the number? Why does it ask ME to find numbers (like CA AGI) from last years return, when it could have transferred those numbers? Why does it say things need review, and when you go to review them, there is nothing wrong?

Way too expensive

This software is way too expensive and has too many gotchas. If I pay for the software upfront I don't want to be nickled and dimed throughout using it.

Impossible to access my Intuit account, even with forget password link. Code was sent to my email and I still could not access my account. I will not use this product ever again.

Turbotax is good if dont have 1099G tax refund

I could not submit 1099G for state franchise tax refund board. That option itself was not there for me to submit so i had to struggle a lot
