Small TurboTax issue.

I have done our taxs since my wife and I got married, 44 years ago. I switched from H&R Block to TurboTax because my wife inherited Cedar Fair stock that issues a K-1 which at times was difficult to input the data in H&R Block. TurboTax handled the data input well until last year, 2024 when my wife sold her shares. I bought the Premier version of TurboTax which handled the K-1 data in previous years. This year I had to buy an additional $60 service because the Premier version of TurboTax would not accept one one of the entries which it had in previous years. 20Z, Section 199A Publicly Traded Partnership Income, -$512. The assistant was very helpful, she had seen this problem before. Instead of entering the data at it's typical prompt, I needed to leave ithat entry blank and enter data two pages later?? Why didn't the TurboTax program direct me to the appropriate place to enter the data? Until this issue I have been very pleased TurboTax. I am writing this review in hopes that this issue will be addressed.

Serious Errors and Inefficiencies This Year

TurboTax suffered from many changes relative to prior years (I've used TurboTax for 20 years), and few, if any, of this year's changes were useful, and many were frustrating. Combining interest, dividend, and capital gains/losses into one intermixed user interface made it extremely difficult to keep track of progress during data entry. Having to navigate through a series of nested -- and poorly labeled -- input/editing panels for each statement's data entry was extremely irritating. Also, I had to question TurboTax processing integrity: I finished my tax forms, saved my progress, processed the program's online update the next day, and opened my tax form only to find that refund numbers had changed significantly with no explanation for the change. Lastly, TurboTax failed to copy my estimated tax payment numbers from the previous year without providing any reason why those very important values were silently omitted. I discovered this omission almost by accident -- my refund appeared to be too low -- and had to spend hours verifying Ttax's work by hand before discovering that Ttax had not included my estimated tax payments. All of this led me to question TurboTax's overall accuracy and reliability. I shouldn't have to debug the TurboTax program and I shouldn't have to wonder if TurboTax did its job correctly. I will give TurboTax one more chance next year; but if these errors, complications, and inefficiencies are not fixed, I will switch to a competitor's tax program. TurboTax has one job -- to provide trustworthy and accurate tax results. This year TurboTax failed. Please TurboTax, get your act together.

I didnt like the download only maybe i am just old, also turbo tax say free efile for federal but dont say you have to pay 45 dollars for the premium package in order to get the free efile. other wise I would have given five stars
