Turbo tax helps a lot of people.

Never had to use any help. Some of the pages will go to the next page by using the enter key. Other pages change what you have entered when you use the enter key. Lacks consistency! Causes potential mistakes and issues. Please address this issue.

Easy to use and understand. Helps you correct if a wrong answer is entered.
An example is if you enter your IL-PIN (tax payer number) instead of your property index number (property tax number) it can catch the mistake before filing so it can be corrected.

TurboTax Doesn't Suck !

I've used turbotax for many years now, thank the Lord Above that you figured out this darn tax code. Not even God can make sense of it. Bless your hearts and we all pray that one day the tax code becomes easier and understandable so that humans can pay taxes easier and without frustration.

Predatory and Expensive

I was charged even more fees at the very end after I had already paid way too much to do this. It's insanely frustrating that you charge additional fees and wait until I put hours into doing my taxes with you to inform me. I will not be using TurboTax again.

Turbo Tax Needs

It would really help if individual pages & worksheets could be printed so we can recall how we answered specific sections or document the conclusions reached by each section of the software. Also, it would be very helpful if the donations section could be sorted or alphabetized to make it easier to find or maintain order. With these additions to the software, our rating would be a 5!

Not as good as prior years

It makes comments in some places where it does not have the form and you have to go off site and print it out; makes for confusing filing.
Also, does not give you options on printing out State Return in e summary form
