$40 process fee misleading

Would have given 5 stars except for the confusing "40 processing fee" when filing federal return, which after doing a google search was determined to only be applicable if deducting your state filing payment from your refund. When using a credit card to pay the $15 there was no additional charge. The instructions in TT were misleading, seeming like you had to pay $40 to e-file federal taxes - hence the deduction of one star. Otherwise we love this product.

Love, Love, Love Turbo Tax

I love Turbo Tax. It makes preparing taxes easy with the option of reviewing step by step instructions or choosing only what I want to review. I've been using Turbo Tax over 10 years.

Many improvement opportunmities

Program should be more descriptive and complete as user works through process. If entries need to be broken down by quarter, this should be explained and the TTax should guide the user through the proper way to enter the information. For me this only showed up as a correction at the end.

Interest and Dividen entry more difficult for 2024

You changed the interest and dividend income areas this year when copying previous year. Liked the last year method better.
Many forms from the same financial provider, yet no way to pick the right one to update for the new year without opening each one. Need additional information in the item description to help locate which one to update.
