Frustrating product not like it a few yrs ago

Nothing but issues, the product was not as streamlined and easy to use as it was a few years ago when last used. Had help link into my computer -- they saw the MULTITUDE of issues I was having. Also, had purchased the expert help-- even they could not find access to it on my computer. Extremely frustrating -- hours of re-entering same data.

I identified an error in the calculation of home depreciation in your software. I cannot believe you did not fix it timely. I was accruing interest for underpayment of taxes so filed my return without overriding the field (since your software would not allow me to file it with an override). My depreciation deduction is not accurate and understated (minor amount). But it is the principle, that there is a calculation error and you did not fix it timely! Horrible service I've used Turbo Tax for years and will be looking for an alternative for 2025.

Turbo Tax slipped on IRA contributions

Your product told me I could save a lot of money if I put money in my IRA. I did. I didn't save but $200 off my taxes. VERY UPSET.

State downloads problematic

Every year TT has worked very well but this year and the NY ste processing has been very eratic. Downloads of NYS failed on several occasions and the contact us communication ( phone number) was no where to be found. Very disappointed

Stock sales hiccup

Had to call TurboTax to find out how to enter sales of a mutual fund. The new format with a choice of 5 boxes is different to the selected process of answering an affirmative or negative response to proceed, and the box did not prominently say investment sales.
Pros: I moved, I bought or sold investments

NO CD No Sale Sucks. I want a CD

I am super annoyed that you did not provide a CD this year. I like that you alphabetized the interest and dividend sections, but I found it very cumbersome to input the data - always returning to the page and choosing interest or dividend. Why can't you separate the dividend list from the interest list and alphabetize each separately?
