Great product. It would seem that some of the clarity in previous year's software has dropped slightly this year, perhaps as an incentive to purchase tax advice from Intuit. I suggest that you keep the original quality of previous year's software

Difficult to Use

Every year it gets more difficult to use. It needs to be more user friendly so I can more easily get to the exact document I need to access without having to go through all the other documents in the same category. You also seem to change on the fly which person a particular account belongs to.

Worst version ever

With past versions I finished my taxes in less than an hour. This version took me over 10 hours. Confusing to use. You can't look at a form; need to open and then close each form- next thing you know you have 12 forms open that you have to close one by one. Tells you have errors, but doesn't say what the error is. When logging in if there is a new update you must accept. In past you wait until you were done to do one final update. One update crashed so I had to reboot computer. Miss having CD disc for archive purposes. Program is beyond poor, bordering on evil. Used program since the 1990s. Will look at other programs next year.

Turbo Tax new format less user friendly
