Very disappointing

This years PC version would not pull in my last 3 years of PC based tax returns. I had to re-enter all my info - meaning, no advantage to stick with your product.

TurboTax needs some work

The program froze while trying to update itself. Also, the schedule C home office expense allowance wouldn't work with stepbystep

Not Recommended for New Users

Navigation is difficult. I am use to the bad navigation because I am a repeat user. A new user would be confused and would have great difficulty using the tool. It is very difficult to go back and make corrections on imported data. The error messages provided in the review lack information or context, making it very difficult to understand what correction needs to be made.

All menus are not intuitive. You can no longer file an E-Extension using Turbo Tax Premier, you must go to the FREE online version.
Separate options should be made for Federal and State Filing for mail.
Extra States should be discounted more, especially for the higher versions of Turbo Tax like Premier
