I've been using Turbo Tax for years and I think this year will be my last. Explanations are unintelligible and seem to cater to tax professionals, not the average taxpayer trying to understand. Despite owing state estimated taxes Turbo Tax didn't even print out these forms for me. Had to go to the state website. If you are using TT on a Mac, you won't be able to import info from a prior year. In fact, prior year returns simply disappear. Save your paper returns!

Relatively easy to use although there were some screens that were not well planned for the browser screen size.

The software works great. One suggestion; when finishing with a section, please don't make us scroll to the bottom of the page to continue with the next section. just have the page already there.
