Turbo Tax forever

I have used TurboTax for more than 25 years and have found it to be very easy to use. On the few times I have had questions, their customer support team have been great.

Long time user. Would like to see the screens be little more concise. I don't like having to scroll on 90% of the screens just to click continue. Should all be on one screen.

SNAFU 2024

Completed inputs. Filed Federal return electronically. Was going to file state by mail. Changed mind. Went back into program. Filed state & Fed together. Received email error messages that both state and federal were rejected. Error message said to return to program to be walked thru correction. Reopened program, and it was at the beginning of the "file" section. No further instructions. Rather than retrying to efile, I have printed returns and will mail.

Excellent, efficient way to do taxes. Covered everything exactly as I expected and the improvements made for 2024 taxes resolved some of the areas of minor confusion that I experienced in previous years. Very easy.

Turbo tax is good

Working with Turbo tax is smooth. Transporting previous year's file was seamless. However, when trying to review last year's file, it turned into a new tax filing file. Not what I would do. Also, you made additional tax advise as paid. Most businesses try to provide additional services to increase value of the product or service. You are making your product more expensive while reducing service. Not good!

Not as user friendly

Found it to be a lot more difficult to use this time. Not having a 800 number to call and ask a question.
Instead, implementing a $60.00 charge for tax advice. Also, don't appreciate not being able to opt out
of Defense offer, again, $45.00 add on.
