easy to use. I still have to fiddle with a few items regarding trusts, and state built in help is not quite as robust as that with the federal return(unsurprisingly) , but still improving every year

A great product to use year after year. Some issues with entering S corporation data may be improved. Deductions for HSA sometimes difficult to find, but I have figured it out after many years.

Management of 1099R is just okay. Hiding behind "it is coded as the law says" is a weak reason to not manage RMD correctly.
PA state was okay. Nothing wonderful.

Simply the best tax help there is

So easy to use and follow. Have used Turbo Tax for both business and personal returns for decades. This year had problems with the auto updates - serialization error. Had to uninstall and re-install to complete and e-file. Other than that, could not have been a better experience.

This year, the email instructions for downloading didn't match what I had to go through. I could not find the "downloads" tab when I signed in. The landing page was for a tax expert option. Then had to figure out which Turbotax option I wanted to "buy". I took me 30 minutes to get to the correct page. Went back and forth to from the Turbotax to the Intuit websites. Or maybe I just needed more instructions than provided.
Once downloaded, I was able to enter the tax information although the dividend/interest page entry was confusing at first since it was a redesign. The ability to download tax packages from sites is a great service.
I have used this product for multiple years and have recommended it to people depending on their tax situation.
