Full of BUGS

Difficulty closing and then returning to Tax It keeps wanting to start over.
Finally got all done but got a window stating "A SNAG" "Come back later"
But no help in coming back later HOW? WHEN?

Turbo Tax is great, but ...

I love Turbo Tax, I have to use it. But I HATE the repeated endless attempts to sell me Audit Defense. Gets old fast.

run errors is probably the best feature of Turbo Tax return and note: correction of the errors are important before e-filing because the errors will prevent e-filing.

Unable to enlarge text size in app. Difficulty making corrections. When fixing mistakes at the end it was difficult to know which form the correction was on. I had to go back and fix it in the earlier section.
