Okay, but two problems. First, getting the darn forms to download was a big hassle. Then going into all the detail, lots and lots of redundancies -- entering data multiple times and asking same questions after the response has been entered.

I find this software to be very reliable and accurate. I also think the support offered is very helpful. I missed receiving a CD this year, but I was able to download the software easily.

I have used TurboTax for several years. It is an excellent service. The step-by-step process is easy to follow. The customer service is also excellent. I will continue to use TurboTax for my taxes.

Fairly easy process

It was fairly easy process to prepare my returns after I got through a very glitchy installation process, after purchasing and downloading the TurboTax Premiere. Made assistance request calls twice, without getting adequate help from support people.
