Although the IRS could not verify my 2023 AGI, Turbotax did what needed to be done.

Changes for change sake not an improvement.

Still don't know why they can't make the program adjust to screen size, still opens in a small box.
They changed how dividend/interest is entered, NOT and Improvement.
Used to ask 3 times if you want to enter yourself, now it asks every time. Just go back to the List form and have me click Edit to update for new info. New way takes longer and is not as user friendly.

Overall a very good experience this year. Turbotax continues to walk me through the process in a simple, easy to follow and efficient manner. Makes it easier to make sure I have all the documentation / information I need to file. Filing process is simple and fast.

Beware $40 refund processing fee!!

Everything was great until I was asked to pay $40.00 for refund processing fee on Fed return. Filing is "free" but $40 to process refund is deceptive!

I have used TurboTax every year since 1991. in that time I have only had one error and it was my fault. t'urboTax has consistently been on top of all the changes of tax law for the past 34 years. Thank you.
