Failed to find and fill out MN Property Tax Refund

Minnesota Tax form M1PR not properly handled. Not all information necessary was prompted for in the step-by-step interview process. I had to search for the correct worksheet and form and fill them out manually in order to successfully file for my Homestead Property Tax Refund. Had I just followed along with TurboTax's interview process I would have missed out on a $1900+ refund I was entitled to.

Why is Turbo Tax doubting itself?

I'm questioning the accuracy of this product given how much it wants me to pay an additional fee to hire a human tax expert. I just e-filed and it tried to get me to subscribe so I'd have free audit defense as well. Is turbotax not reliable anymore?
