I use Turbo Tax every year. And every year it is so simple. They walk you through everything and explain it all so clearly.

quick, accurate and relatively easy. Filing doesn't take much longer than getting all the info together for a tax professional!

Second year in a row where there was clearly a programming glitch that could not be resolved. Very disappointing!

Unable to file a state return without $45 fee!!

The Tax return file erased a lot of my information and it was a very time consuming to reinput all the data again. I am a resident of Florida, which has no state income tax, I file a Hawaii State a non-resident income tax return where I have a rental property. Intuit wants to charge $45 for the Hawaii return. It is problematic especially when Florida is one of the very few states that have no State income tax. As such, I am unable to file for Hawaii state when the software allows me to file a state return. Someone needs to address this.
Pros: I bought or sold investments
