CD should be mandatory with program

Thought last years' program was easier to work with. I wanted a CD with the program and was very unhappy that you have discontinued this.

Too expensive!

Bad value for the money in my opinion based on the complexity of the returns filed. We are retired and have to pay extra for investments, when we only have dividends and interest. Geez. I will be looking for alternatives next year.

Turbo Tax Premier a Winner.

Once again, Turbo Tax Premier completed the federal tax return, answered all my questions both in the help tool and phone conversation, provided references and pointers to additional information, and provided for easy e-filing.

Close...But No Cigar

Importing information from last year's return was a problem. Additionally my bank, one of the largest in the state did not have access to downloading my interest statements. Plus I still believe that due to all of the negative TurboTax publicity, that filing a single state income tax return should be free.
