TurboTax easy to use

My experience was much like last year. I appreciate the same software user interface. I only would .like TurboTax to provide the last 4 digits of individual account numbers to better associate with the 1099 XXX forms.

First time in 10 years of using TurboTax I have had to call helpdesk for support and assistance not one but 4 times because of screens not showing.

Turbo Tax Premier Activation is the worst

The worst experience I have ever had installing Turbo Tax Premier or any other computer program. Login to Turbo Tax with last years account password wouldn't work. Setting up new account password with land line phone number wouldn't work, did not have a mobile phone so nothing worked. Spend over 3 hours researching and activating a new account to get around all the road blocks. Never had problems like this before with any software.

TurboTax: Easy to use

Overall very easy to use; the available help function easy to understand. However, i do not like that the only version available was download only. Prefer to have the CD version available as well in the event I have to get a new computer and want to have 2024 tax software available if needed.

TurboTax Rocks!

This is great tax preparation software.
Through the years my tax situation has become less complicated, but I still need the Premier version as I have annuities.
In the past, TurboTax has helped me navigate through stock sales, the sale of my business, and all sorts of other issues that saved me plenty of cash by not having to pay a CPA.
When I was in business I used QuickBooks, another great Intuit product.
