2024 Not good worst I've had since the 1990s

2024 not good - it did not and would not import the previous year tax file. - it dropped my PIN at some point and had to figure out how to re-enter - huge loss of year to year comparison

I have use this for many years. This experience was not what I expected. It was confusing and not user friendly.
