TurboTax Flowed Better This Year

The bugs from last year were fixed. These included the refusal to install and the update freeze. The questions and answers flowed better and all deductions were included in the software. Previous years there were at least one or two overrides due to software errors. No overrides were necessary this year.

Easy to use, follow and file

I've been using Turbo Tax for many years now. It has proven to be helpful, reliable and accurate. I have found the Turbo Tax Premier software to be reasonably priced.

Disappointing experience

Disappointing year over year experience. Long time user. Preferred CD-ROM copy. Download this year.
Most glaring issue was how my 1099-INT forms from the same financial institutions as previous years lost their Payer TIN's. PLUS there was no way to enter it on the step-by-step screens. Your software allowed me to get past these incomplete entries all the way to the end, where filing said there were 3 errors. In fact every 1099-INT was missing its' TIN. I had to switch to the Forms View to be able to re-add the Payer's TIN(s). Sloppy.

Scammy Fine Print with state taxes - Misleading

Good service but misleading in that you get a FREE STATE File only for them to tax on $45 in fees at the end for electronic processing fees. I will print and wait.
