Easy to use. Only issue is that the button to efile at the end is at the bottom of the page. One might think one is done with the process, and not scroll down to click the button. Sounds picky but it is an issue.

Change Isn't Always Good

I didn't like the changes you made for inputting income/investment information. I especially found the investments screens to be cumbersome--I had to answer really basic questions questions each time I went over my return, and scroll down other the next question because the questions were in boxes that took up half the screen. I miss the old format where I inputted the data into the fields that mirrored the form I had in front of me. And every time I tried to get help on tax info, it took me to the signin screen for Intuit even though I was already signed in. Finally, the constant marketing of other services was downright irritating. It's tempting me explore other tax preparation software next year, even though I've been with Turbo Tax for decades. I was disappointed with the product this year, and I hope that others have similar feedback.
