Turbo Tax is still good

Each year there seems to be more and more. A table of contents before each section would be helpful so I don't have to go forward then back to see where I will input everything

Your latest fix for TurboTax made it worse

I got stuck trying to set my Federal estimated tax vouchers for th3 2025 year, I know you have a whole section dealing with this but could not find it this year. I have the deluxe version which is all I need. I never had this problem with prior TurboTax years, it is always been superb in its ease of use. Not so this year.
Had to call to talk with a product expert but she also had a lot of trouble finding how to do what I wanted to do, after a long time she found the proper way to do it and solved the problem.
The issue, as it turns out to be was that this version of TurboTax for Federal taxes had the W4 and the estimated tax entries in the same block of question / answer pages. This was not clear at all, not to me not to the product expert (Danielle). I
was very upset, I have done my taxes with TurboTax and never had problems with it. I seriously suggest that you place estimated taxes in its own block of questions, not together with the W4. I know there are relatively few people that pay estimated taxes, but I am ready to try HR Block next year (after many years of using TurboTax) if you do not fix this problem.
I should mention that the problem I encountered with estimate tax payments setup was not present in the State forms, in the State side of the tax returns the equivalent of W4 and Estimated taxes were listed separately.

Highly Enjoy Turbo Tax

I enjoy the simplicity that Turbo Tax provides. The step by step process is very easy to follow. I also like the ability to go back and check/edit various sections of the taxes, and input updates as needed.

Had a hard time entering the info for my earned income so I could deduct an IRA contribution. Othwer wise everything good

TurboTax is an excellent program

I like using TurboTax because his self-explanatory not having to need the need for somebody else to tell you how to do it, as long as it's still easy to use I will continue using TurboTax for the next years to come

Performance Inconsistent

I have never had Turbotax issues in prior years, yet this year Turbotax consistently had problems during Updates and with server response times. "Update forms" consistently took over 30 minutes or timed out. Unclear to this user why software performance was so noticeably poor. Multiple online fora mentioned same performance issues.

Turbo tax is getting somewhat cumbersome. Some of the forms which should net be in the picture shows up and confuse the tax preparer.
