Turbotax is the Easy Button for taxes

The easiest way to file a tax return. From taking the previous year's return, to compiling data from my brokers and employers. It almost fills itself out by itself.

Problem using Turbotax Premier for 2024 return.

Was unable to utilize your downloaded software to use home and laptop computers alternatively to work on my 2024 return at my convenience. Had to do all the preparation work on only one computer until I could file the return. This was really irritating and annoying. I had no problem doing this in previous years. And there was nowhere in Help that addressed this problem.

Turbotax is an excellent tool for filing your tax returns. I have been using it for past 4 years and I find it very user friendly. I took help from Sharon today for finalize and file my tax return. She was very knowledgeable and patient and helped me through the whole process so I could confidently file my tax returns. Please convey my thanks to her.

Some improvements but one bug needs to be fixed

I think some improvements for the 2024 tax year product. For example, the incomes from interest, dividend, and cap gains are nicely organized.
But I found an issue with file save. After making changes, I clicked the exit button by mistake, and the SW didn't warm me the unsaved document and exited! I lost my edits a number of times, believing it would warm me. But it didn't. The funny thing is if I save the document and then try to exit, it will prompt me to save the file! The logic is reversed.

No help for amended filing to M filing Jointly

Loved Turbo until I wanted to amend last year's tax return. I wanted to change my filing status from Married Filing Separately to Married Filing Jointly. There was nothing that explained how to merge two 1040's into one amended 1040. There was a brief video that stated I would need to have copies of my 2023 returns in front of me because I would need them later, but this was never explained. Many other on the Internet and in Turbotax community had the same question. I kept getting referred to Just Ask for a fee of $55 to get help. Ridiculous! Turbo needs to revise and add info to direct customers to the correct way to file this amended tax filing status return.
