TurboTax is expensive!

They keep raising the upfront cost and then nickel and dime you to death with filings. There must be a cheaper way to file taxes.

Wonderful product...used every year since the early 1990s. TOTALLY HATE requiring login to your site to download data from financial institutions. NO REASON TO BE GIVING YOU ACCESS...EVER

TIRED OF PROBLEMS

30 year user. Could not efile because TT didn't like 07310 ZIP CODE! (NEW JERSEY). I reported this last week, but still not fixed! Had to put in my ZIP CODE. I AM ANGRY!

It's getting harder

Not sure if it is the tax law, my taxes getting more complicated or turbo tax but it is getting harder and harder to do my own taxes using turbo tax. If I didn't know about where my total taxes should be I have probably made a few mistakes.
