Another Difficult Twist in the Software

I e-filed. My federal return was accepted. I owe taxes. But it's quite unclear how I now go about paying those taxes. So unclear, in fact, that I've spent an hour trying to trick the software into doing it. Maddening. It's a pretty good product, and yet it continues to have these huge gaps.

Turbo Tax Gives Me Peace of Mind

While it takes some time to use, it sure beats spending $ 700,00 or more to have my taxes done, And, my paperwork information does not get lost or mis-placed (as has occurred) when using one of the big-name tax preparation services.

Many Crashes this Year

I have used Turbotax for 12 years on the Macintosh and previous to that on the PC.
This year there more crashes and issues with the user interface than before.
Concerned I will need to find a different tool and service going forward
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I bought or sold investments
