Turbo Tax is an excellent product.

I had to call for help as I loaded my version of Turbo Tax incorrectly. I spoke with three different people and they were all helpful. The last person whose name was Mick was excellent getting my premier version installed correctly and actually stayed on the phone to be sure the version was working in the tax file.

I like the efficiency of doing my taxes with Turbo, but I think it's over-priced. I should like to see if there isn't another product out there that charges less.

First time stock sales need better guidance

I have used TurboTax since 1982 and it has been the best supporting software I have found over all these years for somewhat complex submissions where investment is part of the submission, and when deductions used to be more prevalent. This year I had our first stock sales to list, and based on last year's model I had some trouble learning how to get to the sales part of a 1099 Form. Basically, delete what TurboTax assumed I would need, and reenter the data from scratch. I would recommend you offer this recovery option to your users as their needs change over the years.
