TurboTax is a good program!

I have used TurboTax for many years and my overall feeling is that I will continue to use it. However, I was not a big fan of the changes made especially in the income section for adding interest and dividend income. It seemed a bit burdensome and slowed me down in comparison to years past.

I have used TurboTax for about 25 years! It is easy to use and is always up to date. Any questions can be answered quickly online or by the click of a link.

I found that entering info from existing accounts was more difficult than in the past. Program kept insisting that I download info on my 1099's. Finally figured out how to make it work.

Took me 10 tries to get Turbo Tax to open the file. I kept clicking on the wrong spot to get it to open. Finally figured it out.
Got all finished, printed my returns then followed the prompts to e-mail my returns. Got to final notes, etc. Done this MANY times.. After three days had not received a notification that my returns were sent so I went back in and was told that they were not sent. Went through the last few steps (everything was filled out) and went to send. Got charged $15 to send my STATE return. Should have been free! with a PREMIER product.

Turbo Tax is Terrific and Timely!!!!

I love using Turbo Tax, it is very user friendly and the help and suggestions are so great!! I appreciate the fact they store last years filings, to be able to compare years. I have used their tax support and they were very helpful and knowledgeable.
