Not happy about ex, pricing and support

Very expensive. Confusing pricing. Online pricing options unclear. Was forced to buy retail. Misinformation on number of Federal efiles and process. Bait and switch on state efille. Seven year customer- Very disappointed. Had to buy 2 retail sets. Wasted lot of money and lot of stresses

Place the Turbo Tax "continue" button to the left side of the screen (rather than bottom right) so it doesn't take 2-3 swipes on the pad to get there.

Does the job. It misses critical forms to file Limited partnerships, both sales and upkeep. Work arounds are required to complete taxes.

The program worked well although there were a few things that were a bit vague. For example, we had received a 1099 - MISC that was not related to any business activity. It was a good thing that my wife had used Turbo Tax in the prior year so I could see how the forms were being used to properly report our taxes. I had to delete the 1099 - MISC data several times and re-enter the data different ways before I could see the taxes being reported on the correct forms.

Did the job but the stocks process was slow

The product did the job. However, I purchased the premier product and when filling out the earnings from stock sales, I had to open every single sale and attest to it being correct even though the values were directly imported from my stock company. This was tedious and slow.

Always useful, always a few glitches

Mostly easy to use, but the entry for interest, dividend, and RMD income is opaque -- seeing what will be on the return requires going to forms, and unnecessary--and annoying--change from previous years. Also, some prompts seem missing until review, i.e. required address of charities.
