Turbo Tax works

Turbo Tax gets the job done. However, either the tax codes have gotten a lot more difficult or Turbo Tax has tried to improve without great results. Years ago TT was much easier to use, now I dread it.

EasySteps not always up to the task of Walking

Need to update specific forms for applicable home interest and foreign tax credit. This should have been incorporated into 'EasySteps'.

IP PIN Failure

Although both my wife and I have IRS issued IP PINs, this information can only be entered after the Federal Return has been rejected. TurboTax should query whether the filers have an existing IP PIN and have that six digit number vs. the arbitrarily generated 5 digit number.
Pros: My employment status changed this year

Transmit didn't Transmit the first time.

The Transmit function stalled the first time I tried to use it. I called TurboTax and worked with Tasha to resolve the issue. She was a joy to work with!
