Activation was a bit of a problem. Taxes were easy

Activating was the toughest part. First because I had increased the text size on my computer, I couldn't prove I wasn't a robot. I got rid of my old home phone number and that where you wanted to send a code. After 10 hours I finally got it activated with the help of a number of friendly helpful Turbotax phone representatives. When came to doing taxes it was easy.

TurboTax Premier is almost perfect

Completing K-1 forms is always a pain, but made worse by TurboTax preventing me from deleting incorrect demographic information when entered by mistake. Specifically, State and Zipcode could not be deleted without completing the entire K-1 all over again. Moreover, one should not find out at filing time that a field may be missing an entry, specifically another K-1 field, the Tax Payer's Federal ID No.
Other than that, TurboTax was fairly easy to work with. Filing this year took less time than I expected.

Great product

I have been using this product for the last five years and it gets better each time. It was able to handle my complex tax issues, with a little help from their Advisor network, which I also highly recommend - really good people that don't give up researching an issue until it is resolved.
