Did call one time about W2 form instructions...( as they were not clear ). I am retired and did not receive or issue any W2 forms and using the "Business " edition of Turbo Tax " which selection to choose was not clear...But the young lady on the phone was helpful..Also the wait time to speak to her was minimal

I appreciate the walk-throughs and the pop-up bubbles that give brief explanations along the way. I also appreciate the 'forms' button so we can see how the information is entered onto the actual forms. I'm not sure that we are using the correct Turbo Tax, however. --premier version. I'd like to explore our options to properly identify the correct version of Turbo Tax moving forward.

Good for file poor for constant extra cost options

Great for actually filing taxes, but it’s a real pain as Intuit keeps inserting ads for other services in the process. If the filing process wasn’t so great I would not use Turbotax

TurboTax is great but can use some improvements.

Need to provide the full breakdown of all the calculations during the entire process so the user can go back and review in detail if needed.
Also, when use revisit a section, the previous answer and yes/no options should be already set clearly and allow the user to select continue without having to select the answer again where a mistake might be made.

Becoming difficult to use. Not clear where information is being transferred to regarding worksheet and line on forms.Some instructions need to be clearer, more elaboration . Your estimated tax dates did not agree with NY estimated dates on their on line payment dates
