TurboTax is my "Go To" for filing taxes

I've used TurboTax for over 10 years to do our taxes. It's straightforward and flexible with the multiple options for completing. You can choose to have the tool lead or you can go right to the sections you need. I like the tips that are embedded into the tool. I have only had to use the "Ask the Expert" once, and it was a good experience.

Turbo Tax is Ok

This software is not to intuitive if you want to mail your state taxes. You have to manually figure it out. Somewhat of a scam so to gernerate a chare for the state elrctronoc e-mail.
Pros: My employment status changed this year

There are many places where Turbo Tax interview tells you to provide a number from a previous return. It will be very helpful if the location (Form number and line number) of the needed value is located on a previous return

TurboTax needs to allow the option to manually change individual cells because some system, calculations can be wrong.

Still good, but getting clunkier

I have been using Turbo Tax for a very long time. It seems the 2024 edition gets all gussied up but practically hasn't changed that much. Instead of inventing new windows, why not stick to the tried and true presentation used in earlier editions.
I am NOT saying that calculations and forms shouldn't change, but new windows for the sake of new windows does NOT make Turbo Tax better.
