I like the Desktop Version.

I found it bothersome trying to initially to access the Desktop version. I was routed many times to the online version with no clear access to the Desktop version. After many attempts to find desktop I stumble into the version I wanted. Once in I like it as always. I like to go back to forms and check where the numbers come from. I remember the On-line version does not allow you to return to forms or provide a list of form to visit while I'm preparing my tax return.

Make one simple change and its 5 stars

Turbo tax itself would get 5 stars except for the fact in going to file a state return they had the acceptance button buried so it didn't show on the screen when paying by credit card. Put it on the top or the side. Not buried past what can be shown on the screen. Do this and you get 5 stars
