I've used Turbo Tax for years. I love the helpful software. I HATE THE CONSTANT SALES PITCHES to "upgrade" and buy more stuff that I don't want.

TurboTax not transmitting my returns after I paid

Input everything and went through smart check. Reay to e-file my federal and california state tax returns, after i paid for the e-filing fee for the state tax, tubotax cannot transmit or print my tax returns. So frustrating

Problem with importing information from last years

This years program did not import all of my information from last years return for some reason. I always save the returns on a thumb drive. Turbo Tax found the file, but did not import a 1099-R from last year.

Will not use again

I chose 1 because there wasn't an option for 0. This is the first year I have purchased online (because there was no other option). This is also the first year that I have had it freeze up on me non-stop. I spend more time waiting for the program to respond than I do entering information. Horrible experience!!
