Desktop app needs work

There needs to be more troubleshooting tips in the windows desktop app. I was stuck on a customer service call for 2 hours trying to figure out why I couldn't get to the "pay for e-file page". If it's because of network settings, then a pop should come up and say "error accessing turbotax.com". Instead, my turbotax app would crash, and I would have to restart my computer to re-open it. I may look at switching services

I've been using Turbo Tax for over decade. It has saved me a lot of work and a lot of money. I could never figure out a depreciation schedule on my own.

Turbo Tax difficult

Had difficulty getting into Turbo. Had to call two different numbers. Washington doesn't have an income tax but it required I address a income tax credit on Washington State return. I "skipped" the Washington State tax return.

Overall a great software, consistent with the many past years I have used TurboTax. The only weakness I experienced this year was the software attempting to have me file a WA State income tax, which we thankfully don't have.
