Premium? Ha! Trips all over it's self when it comes to options and K1's. Way too many manual entries. Too many errors needing fixing with no way to find out how to fix it. Left to trial and error. I figured it out but had to read between the lines many times. Probably done intentionally to bolster sales of assistance. I realize that my taxes are not typical, but are not difficult either. I'll be trying something else next year.

Mostly easy to do. Some of the boxes are too small and there is no option to make bigger.

trouble moving 2023 tax info for 2024 tax prep. Had to manually do some of the work. Took much longer to prepare the 2024 federal return

Some Work Needed for 1099-MISC

This year was very difficult because it doesn't seem like Turbo Tax is handling the 1099-MISC correctly. I worked for days on this because it kept wanting me to put the income on Schedule C, Schedule F, or Form 4835, none of which is correct! I finally got it where it needed to be, (Other Income on Schedule 1), but it took forever!

Turbo tax provides no support after rtn submitted

I submitted my 2024 return for Fed and Calif using TurboTax. I received messages that both returns were accepted. My Fed payment was processed immediately. It has been 3 weeks and Calif. still has not processed my payment. Turbo does not provide ANY way to find out what banking information was submitted. I am left in the dark as to what to do next with Calif.
