no good if you're not tech savvy

Not including a disc made starting up Turbo Tax miserable for me. I've used this product for years (over 10) with absolutely no problem Downloading, then trying to open required many id's and passwords that I never had to do with using the CD. This is why the low rating. Once I got in, it ran fine

We have used Turbo Tax for decades and have never had an issue, even when owning a small business. Would not do taxes any other way!

bad estimated tax calculation

The recommended estimated tax payments were too low, so I paid a big penalty this year. TurboTax is convoluted and difficult to use.

Turbo Tax premier more difficult to navigate

Overall, it was good. At the beginning the format was a little difficult to navigate with the new click on windows. it was easer last year and years before
