DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT

AFTER USING TT FOR YEARS I DO NOT EXPECT TO USE IT AGAIN. I SPENT HOURS FINDING WORK AROUNDS FOR MISTAKES IN THE SOFTWARE. EVEN PAYING THE $25 FOR THE STATE TO BE EFILED BECAME A PROBLEM. AT ONE POINT THE SOFTWARE GAVE TWO WILDLY DIFFERENT ANSWERS TO THE SAME QUESION. AT ANOTHER POINT THE SOFTWARE IMPROPERLY AND INCORRECTLY PUT AN X AS THE QUERY ANSWER. I COULD NOT ERASE THE X AND THUS A

Harder this year and not quite as user friendly

this year seemed a bit harder, as a lot of the information didn't self-populate from last year even though the information was the same, and it took a lot more time to enter data especially on banking info as it wanted to gain access to the banking information I don't think that is safe if you don't have great web security, and I never know if I have enough.

"help" seems harder each year - need to go on-line for answers with the push to BUY advice
It is more of where to put in info so it is computed correctly when I look for help.

I Did not care for the format changes when selecting the detailed steps provided to guide me in completing the filing. I feel the previous years were simpler.

TurboTax Software makes tax time easier.

Very helpful. Been using the software for years now. The software can handle difficult calculations, import data, prompt the user if something doesn't look right, provides links for more information about a tax issue, electronically file the returns, etc. etc. Awesome!

Very easy to use and a lifesaver for keeping current. Some features (such as e-file) were unavailable after particular deadlines.
