IRS PIN problem

The space for the IRS PIN in step by step does not allow adequate digits. Old PIN was one digit less. I fixed by going to forms and adding PIN.

Sleight of Hand

As far as "follow the bouncing ball" goes, TT is great as I have used TT since 1996. What I thought was pretty sneaky was when I agreed to pay the $20 for the State E-File a $40 "processing fee" magically appeared. After quite a bit of reading all the "if's, and's & but's, I was able to decline and just pay by credit card. Where I initially clicked to pay the $20, it should have been explained "then & there" about a 3rd party $40 processing fee. I wasted 15 or 20 minutes get back by just paying with a credit card vice the $40 processing fee.... pretty much "sleight of hand" by Turbo Tax and put a bad taste in my mouth about using Turbo Tax in the future.
