Been using TTax for + 30 years...I love simplicity and feeling of completeness...I have one suggestion...could you auto organize deductions alphabetically as some get added and some get deleted?

Many Glitches, Poor Support

There were numerous software glitches which took a long time to resolve. This coupled with the lack of available technical support will have me re-considering using TurboTax next year.

Excellent client support

I engaged with a support technician on 3/30/25 for about an hour. He was fantastic...If you can give this man a bonus then please do! He was very intelligent and I was able to follow the thought process through the filing problem I was having. I also had a technician earlier that day that DID NOT resolve my question and was not helpful in any way.

Good as always, but definitely needs some work

Your software results quality is still very good, but the software has gotten slower and slower each year. This year (and to a lesser degree, 2023) the program "freezes", and takes a while to get back on track, and I'm using a relatively fast computer. This has become a real nuisance!
