Very easy to use

I like Turbo Tax, I used it every year, but I would like Turbo tax including State e-file for free instead of just Fed.
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I bought or sold investments

It is a terrible software with lots of errors

It is a terrible software with lots of errors. I used itemized deduction but schedule A is missed in the print our version of Federal return. And this form is available in California state return. Started another return from beginning, with the same data the schedule A form is coming back.

Turbo Tax is ok

You have to wait forever for the software to load. It gets worse every year. Updates also take forever. We used to be able to see what changes/additions were made in the updates in the past. Not any more. Stop trying to sell me a product I don't want. It gets worse every year.

It's okay and almost acceptable, but a little clunky and slow.
Would like to open more than file at a time (to compare various scenarios).
Entry method is very unforgiving -- better to let me type the numbers or information I want, then check after I hit Enter than to try to check as I type.

Confusing

Instructions are not consistent between pages. Instructions should be clearer. Navigation should be easier and most importantly less confusing.

TurboTax 2024 below average compared to previous

TurboTax 2024 was buggy this year. Could not edit charity contributions without deleting the entire charity, closing out the file and relaunching. Did not carry over the Michigan car registration fee to the summary page even though it showed correctly in the data entry page.
