Could not e-file

When I finished and tried to e-file, got error messages saying needed Foreign Country Code for forms 5329-T and 8606-T. Wouldn't accept entering N/A. Spent hours trying to figure out mistake. Eventually gave up and printed out paper copy for mailing. Should get refund of e-filing charge.

Always worth the money

The only thing I found a little confusing was, when working with income, selecting Interest or Dividends, or Stocks invoked the same common list. But I got used to it.

The main reason I purchased Turbotax Premier was to be able to download 1099 information from financial institutions. This didn't work. I contacted your customer service twice. The first time I was told to reboot and call back if that didn't work. The second time I was told to enter the information manually, which I did. I had to do some navigation gymnastics to enter my information manually. The software required me to skip downloading the information first, for each 1099, then select the appropriate 1099 type, which took me to the manual entry screen. Very disappointing. I'm guessing you are cutting costs at Intuit, and it shows in your product.
