A beneficial Tax Tool

Have used Turbo Tax for over 10 years. Was very hesitant at first, but did taxes long hand then with Turbo Tax. End results within $5. When software is updated, sometimes questions are unclear - one must use the Tips and be sure to read up a little. Still very helpful and efficient process.

Automatic download from my brokerage accounts, didn't go as smoothly this year as it has in the past. There's some duplication and unnecessay forms.

Major headache this year

being available only by download was extremely difficult and resulted in major frustration and unnecessary upset. never had this problem when cd was available. Also, known glitch regarding state e-filing resulting in unnecessary filing problems. Very disappointed in this year product.

Great program / corrupted save files 3X

tax forms & filing are awesome as usual.
Had to do my taxes 4 times because TurboTax kept saying the previous file was "corrupted".
So, I decided to simply work all the way through beginning to end to save myself the frustration of having TurboTax corrupt my saved file a fourth time

Don't know what kind of issues TurboTax is having this year. Saving uncorrupted files has been around for decades but TurboTax seems to have forgotten how to do it.

Filing is still combersome

A little glitchy at the end. It wouldn't let me proceed if I didn't want to print. Printing to file doesn't work as well as efiling.
