Turbo tax has room for improvement

If I did not have to provide at the end when submitting my taxes, three different Payer's ID numbers and Employer ID number. Which should have been asked for at the time of entry. I would have given 5 stars.

Use non cpa language

irs forms should be explained for non CPA persons. Language used by TurboTax is meant for cpa. Too difficult to understand even for PhD in engineering if you do not have a cpa background.

We had an unusual situation this year because of a long-term Capital gains situation that we did not anticipate. We used the tax advisor program and were able to address the tax process and are comfortable that we satisfied the required tax requirements and maximized our gains.

From start to finish I found that the program downloaded without any problems. Great from start to finish. I didn't need any help from the experts. Done in less than 2 hours

You've made it impossible to choose to file my state taxes by mail. It's an endless loop to nowhere. Unless of course I manually get out of the Filing process and manually pick and choose the forms to print. You have no problem constantly trying to get me to pay to e-file, or to buy additional services, but when I've wrapped everything up and want to print paper returns it's a nightmare.
