turbotax is adequate and not so hard to use

generally pretty easy to use. Some places i don't understand and just take their word for it. It seems to change every year with weird things. i like to print certain pages and it won't let you. Strange. Sometimes it works easily and sometimes not. Does the job but can be confusing.
