State 529 Carry Over didn't Automatically transfer

I was disappointed that my Virginia 529 carry over contributions did not transfer from my 2023 to my 2024 return. In the past this information transferred automatically. I almost missed this deduction on my state return. One of the reasons I continue to use Turbo Tax is its ability to transfer previous year information.

Turbotax is fine but the ads are out of hand

Genuinely disappointed in this year's filing experience and I have been using Turbotax for the better part of two decades...The Live Advice for $60 ad on the main page was insulting to their UX designers...effectively turning the app into one big ad, feels like a money grab.

Mostly good, but one gap in step-by-step?

I've used TurboTax for about three decades. I'm grateful for the consistency from year to year that makes it fairly easy for me to ensure I've done my taxes correctly. But this year, I didn't see the step-by-step instructions address Arizona form 352 (Credit for Contributions to Qualifying Foster Care Charitable Organizations). I was able to go to Form view and correct the omission.

Great help with a new format

Thank goodness you have great staff. This is the first year I haven't had a great (easy-to-use and save) disc showing up with my tax-form on it. He was able to walk me through setting up a download. Next year it'l be easier.
