Tax expert was lovely. Being surprised at the end with an additional $25 fee to file my state taxes was incredibly annoying.
OK add to annoying the stupid nickname I have to come up with when "none" and "whatever" and "nick" and "name" have already been taken. Why the heck do I need a nickname???
