Monopolistic government lobbying is immoral

Stop lobbying the government to keep your trash product monopoly. Tax filing software like yours shouldn't exist, and being the only good option on the market doesn't excuse your behavior. I hope to see the day when TurboTax no longer exists because we have a truly fair and equal tax system.

The Federal tax part is very easy to use. However, the Alabama state return is a little more difficult. Needs some improvements to make it a little more user friendly.

Very hard to use for first-time users. I am training my grandkids on using Turbo because they cannot follow everything. How about a "beginner's version" of Turbo?
I had trouble because I double entered information for a 1099-NEC. I entered it as a source of income and then entered it for my Schedule C. Your instructions need to warn folks about entering as a source of income if it was part of business income.
