Not awesome at all this year.

The authentication process was excessive. I don't like being forced into the turbo tax sign in. The entry process was less friendly than prior years. It kept jumping to the top and yo had to scroll down. It never let you opt out of auto download so you had to answer the same thing again and again. The foreign tax credit is TERRIBLE. It pretends that you can enter multiple countries but you really can't. Overall way less friendly than before.

Turbo Tax is getting to be difficult to use.

The software is getting worse every year. Had to look up a State Fix Tool that kept looping endlessly when starting State download. Had to install the whole Turbo Tax program and reinstall it due to an error trying to update when reopening the program to continue working on my taxes.

Turbo Tax is well worth the effort

It was very easy to enter and follow the instructions. If you want to do something a little outside of norm, a little more difficult to figure out where to go in the program.
